United Methodist Men

All persons who follow Jesus are called to grow spiritually through the practice of various Christian habits, or “means of grace". Jesus taught his disciples practices of spiritual growth and leadership. As Disciples of Christ, we are to share with others as they look to us to be models and guides. United Methodist Men invites you to connect with us as we keep our eye on the central reason for this ministry – to help others grow to a mature faith in God that moves them to action on behalf of others, especially “the least”.

No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, God will meet you there.

The UMM meet the fourth Saturday of most months at 7:30 am at Thomas House Restaurant in Dayton.

Check out the Calendar of Events for their upcoming meeting dates.

The Otterbein Men’s Fellowship would like to thank all who supported our Drive-thru Curbside Spaghetti Supper in September!  Donations totaling $2,320 have been received to support the OUMC College Chorale Scholarships.  What a generous response from our Otterbein Family and others.

The Otterbein Men’s Fellowship sponsored a Cinnamon Roll project during December, 2021.  Over 40 individuals and families pre-ordered 186 rolls.  The men prepared 205 rolls in the kitchen the morning of the Christmas Cantata Worship Service. Every roll was given out. If you were in the church the morning of the Cantata, you know all about the good smells coming up from the kitchen!  Donations received for this project totaled $1220.00 and went towards the College Chorale Scholarship fund.  Many thanks to all who participated and supported this project!
